Scandinavian inspired and catered will include an Appetizer, Entree and Dessert (including tea and coffee)
Unfortunately, the Caterer is unable to accommodate special meal requests such as vegan or gluten fee
(a Pescatarian meal option is available by advance arrangement only at time of registration)
Presentation including Q&A will begin between 8 and 8:15pm
