Nordic Bake Sale

Nordic Baking is run by the Scandinavian Community Centre in Burnaby, BC. Everything is baked by a professional baker in the Scandinavian Centre commercial kitchen. Some products don’t contain wheat but may still have traces of wheat.
There is limited supply available. (You can add things in the same category. For example if you want 5 cinnamon buns, click 2 and 3.)
To order:
1. Fill out the FORM
2. You will receive a confirmation email immediately from google form, if you don’t, email nordicbakesale@gmail.com.
3. Invoices will be sent out between Feb 11 – 16.
4. Pay your invoice within 24 hours. You will get one reminder, if not paid your order will be cancelled.
Pick up will be on Saturday February 21, 2026 between and 9:30am to 11am at the Scandinavian Community Centre, 6540 Thomas Street, Burnaby. If you need a different pick up time, email us with your request.

Almond biscuit topped with a chocolate buttercream, dipped in chocolate
Ingredients: marzipan, butter, icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla, dark chocolate.
