Nordic Baking – Scandinavian Breakfast Rolls (Frallor)
Savoury breakfast rolls made with whole wheat. Popular breakfast item in all Nordic countries. They are often eaten as open faced sandwiches. Delicious and healthy! Participants bring home baked breakfast rolls and a dough to finish baking at home the following day.
