Nordic Baking: Lussekatter (Saffron Buns)
This is the classic saffron bun that is common during the Christmas season and especially for Lucia (December 13). It is a soft sweet bun with a deep saffron flavour. Traditionally shaped like an “S” rasins in it. Participants bring home 6-8 buns each.
