Nordic Baking: Budapest Cake
A classic Swedish cake (with no connection to Hungary)! It has layers of hazelnut meringue filled with whipped cream and mandarins. This cake has no flour but there is trace of flour in the kitchen. Participants take home a 7″ cake.
