Nordic Baking: Swedish Christmas Rye Bread Vörtbröd
Traditional bread for Christmas in Sweden. A light rye bread made with beer, orange, cinnamon, clove and ginger. Each participant can choose if they want raisins or not. Participants take home one loaf of bread.
