SOLD OUT – Nordic Baking – The World’s Best Cake (Verdens Beste)
In Norway it’s referred to as “The world’s best cake”. In Sweden it’s “Pinocchiotårta” and in Finland “Britakakku”. It is a wonderful summer cake with two thin layers of sponge cake topped with meringue filled with whipped cream and berries. Participants take home one cake.
