Nordic Baking – Swedish Flatbread – Hönökaka – Daytime class 11am!
Traditional flatbread from the west coast of Sweden, locally known as Bagebrö. A light soft flatbread that is great for open faced sandwiches. Participants take home 2-3 circular breads.
