Nordic Baking – Citronkakor
(Lemon cookies): The perfect cookie for spring and summer, it’s flavourful and refreshing with a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Flavoured with lemon and vanilla. Topped with a lemon glaze and freeze-dried raspberries.
Participants will bring home 8-10 cookies.
