Nordic Baking is run by the Scandinavian Community Centre in Burnaby, BC. Everything is baked by a professional baker in the Scandinavian Centre commercial kitchen. Some products don’t contain wheat but may still have traces of wheat. Email us if you would like the ingredients of an item. nordicbakesale@gmail.com
All orders need to be placed and paid for by 6pm Monday Sept 23, 2024. There is limited supply available. (You can add things in the same category. For example if you want 5 Pulla, click 2 and 3.)
To order:
1. Fill out the form HERE
2. You will receive a confirmation email immediately from google form, if you don’t, email nordicbakesale@gmail.com.
3. Invoices will be sent out between Sept 1-22.
3. Pay your invoice within 24 hours.
Pick up will be on Friday Sept 27. You will be able to choose between a few different time slots, see below, at the Scandinavian Community Centre, 6540 Thomas Street, Burnaby.

Puikula 6-pack $15 Finnish sour-dough rye breads. Ingredients: rye flour, whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour sour dough, rye malt, molasses, salt (frozen)
Potato Lefse 6-pack $15 6″ size, no filling (frozen) Ingredients: potatoes, cream, butter, sugar, salt, flour.
Princess cake $50 Ingredients: whipping cream, marzipan, raspberries, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, icing sugar.
Biskvi 6-pack $15 Almond biscuit topped with a chocolate buttercream, dipped in chocolate. Ingredients: marzipan, butter, icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla, dark chocolate.
