SOLD OUT – Nordic Bake Sale – March 14, 2025
Nordic Baking is run by the Scandinavian Community Centre in Burnaby, BC. Everything is baked by a professional baker in the Scandinavian Centre commercial kitchen. Some products don’t contain wheat but may still have traces of wheat.
All orders need to be placed and paid for by 6pm Friday, March 7, 2025. There is limited supply available. (You can add things in the same category. For example if you want 5 Pulla, click 2 and 3.)
To order:
1. Fill out the form HERE
2. You will receive a confirmation email immediately from google form, if you don’t, email nordicbakesale@gmail.com.
3. Invoices will be sent out between February 27 – March 6.
3. Pay your invoice within 24 hours. You will get one reminder, if not paid your order will be cancelled.
Pick up will be on Friday, March 14, 2025 at the time slot you choose when ordering at the Scandinavian Centre, 6540 Thomas Street, Burnaby If you need a different pick up time, email us with your request.

Cinnamon buns 6 pack $23

Vanilla twist 6-pack $25 (frozen)
Ingredients: flour, milk, butter, sugar, cardamom, yeast, egg, vanilla, pearl sugar.
Almond Logs (Gluten Free) 3-pack $10
Ingredients: almond-flour, egg-white, sugar, almond flakes, dark chocolate
Biskvi 6-pack $15
Almond biscuit topped with a chocolate buttercream, dipped in chocolate
Ingredients: marzipan, butter, icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla, dark chocolate.
Chocolate Cookies $10
Ingredients: all-purpose flour, butter, icing sugar, cocoa, egg-white, pearl sugar
Hazelnut Cookies $10
Ingredients: butter, hazelnut, all-purpose flour, sugar, rye flour, salt
Sandwich Cake $85-95
7 inch round (6 pieces)
Layers of bread and fillings with Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, egg, apple, peas, mayo, sour cream, lemon, herbs, seasoning.
It’s $85 for the standard cake with 6 slices of salmon on top. It’s $95 if you want extra salmon (like the picture)
