SWEDISH CULTURAL SOCIETY NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Swedish Cultural Society will be held at the Scandinavian Community Centre HALL (Please enter through the far entrance, not the main entrance), 6540 Thomas Street, Burnaby, BC. On Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 7:00 pm, to:
- Consider the reports of the Directors to the members.
- Consider the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025
- Elect Directors for the coming year.
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Welcome to our Annual meeting. All members in good standing can vote. Semlor will be served.
We are looking for members to join the Board and also people to help on different committees.Please consider how you can contribute.

The AGM is held in person at the Scandinavian Centre, in the HALL. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
