NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TAKE NOTICE: The Annual General Meeting of the Scandinavian Community Centre Society will be held at the Scandinavian Centre on Thursday April 4^th, 2024 at 7:00 pm to:

1)            Consider the reports of the Directors.

2)            Consider the Financial Statement for the year ended 31st of December 2023.

3)            Resolutions.

4)            Elect Directors for the coming year.

5)            Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting

Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be posted at the Scandinavian Centre 30 days before the Meeting.
