The Scandinavian Craft Fair, hosted by the Vancouver Finlandia Club, is intended to showcase Scandinavian crafts and products.

This annual Christmas Market was started by the Purpurit Folk Dancers many years ago. The Vancouver Finlandia Club was given the opportunity to take it over several years ago, and gladly agreed. It takes many volunteers and vendors to make the craft fair a success, and the planning begins in the summer of each year.

The fair features many local vendors with crafts, art, baked goods + Finnish and other Scandinavian or Nordic products. The Vancouver Finlandia Club handmakes hundreds of Karjalanpiirakka to sell, and the FinnFun School has Joulutorttus and their fundraising raffle which are always crowd favourites. Other vendors also have baking for sale, including pulla, cookies, breads and other treats.
