Annual General Meeting 6 pm to 9:30 pm
Members please join us for our Annual General Meeting 7 – 7:30pm. There will some reports and updates from the Board of Directors and Committees, the Finance report will be voted on, there will be an election of some director positions (nominations are open, contact the board if you want to nominate someone or stand yourself), plus any other business. Information will be sent to members prior to the meeting. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote, ensure your status is up-to-date, and if you are unsure, contact us to find out your status.
The AGM will start at 7:00pm, Dinner and Social will begin at 7:30pm.
As well as our meeting, we plan to have a cultural social. We would request as many people as possible each bring one or two photographs from their homeland. We will put these on display on a table in the lounge from 6:00pm to 7:00pm when the display will be moved into the dining hall. If you bring anything for the display, please make sure that your name is on it to make sure you get it back at the end of the evening. If you could, please write a short description of each and what significance it holds for you. If you wish, you may send a digital version of your photographs to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to create a slide show to run during dinner.
Early Bird Price (register by midnight Monday Feb. 10th): Member = $35 Non -member = $40
Regular Price (register by midnight Tuesday Feb. 11th): Member = $45 Non -member = $50
Pescatarian meal option normally available on advance request only (by midnight Monday February 10th latest)
Other special meal considerations cannot be accommodated (including vegen, gluten free, etc.)
6 – 7pm: Networking and socializing hour
7 – 7:30pm: Annual General Meeting for Members
7:30 – 8:30pm: DINNER and Social
8:30 – 9:30pm: Social – a good time to introduce yourself and your company or business.
Guests are always welcome! Invite colleagues, clients, friends and family.
