Ginger Cookies (Pepparkakor)

Shape and bake!

The Scandinavian Community Centre is offering a family baking event.  Come and bake ginger snaps (pepparkakor) with us for an hour.  We supply the dough, you shape the cookies, and our baker will bake them for you.

There will be 1-3 families at a time in the kitchen (max of 6 people at the time).

Course includes: 1 hour class and recipe.
